Goldfish Crafts: Terms and Conditions

Pricing

All Prices are in £ sterling and are inclusive of VAT, but are not inclusive of Postage and Packaging.  Please see below for Postage and Packaging charges, which will be added on automatically at the final stage of your purchase from Goldfish Crafts.  Prices are correct at time of publication though Goldfish Crafts may alter the price at any time without notification.

Delivery

Delivery is only available to mainland UK.  All deliveries will normally be sent via Royal Mail with an expected delivery within 5 working days.  However upon occasion there may be delays which are outside Goldfish Crafts' control.  Should you feel that your order is unduly delayed please contact us at enquiries@goldfishcrafts.co.uk so that we are able to investigate.

Postage Costs

Orders below £20 = £3.50 p&p

Orders £20 or over = free p&p

Refunds and Returns

If you are not satisfied with the goods you must inform Goldfish Crafts within 7 days of your receipt of the goods by emailing enquiries@goldfishcrafts.co.uk and we will let you know where to return the goods.  Goldfish Crafts will give a full refund (excluding postage).

If the goods are faulty or damaged on receipt, please notify Goldfish Crafts within 10 days and we will make arrangements to replace the product.  Where a replacement is not available an alternative may be suggested or a full refund will be offered.

All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.

Note: CDs and DVDs will only be refunded or replaced if the disk is proved to be faulty or the security seal has not been broken.

Payment

All payments to Goldfish Crafts are made through the secure online service provided by PayPal .  Payments must be made in full prior to dispatch of the order.

Product Availability

Although stock levels are kept up to date on a daily basis, it is possible that Goldfish Crafts may receive more orders in a day than we have in stock.  If any of your chosen items are not in stock you will be advised of our best estimate of availability and delivery via email at the time of processing your order.  Please note that an indication of such dates is an estimate only, may be subject to change without notice, and does not constitute a contractual obligation by Goldfish Crafts to supply goods by a certain date.  However, if availability is unduly delayed, Goldfish Crafts will use our best endeavours to keep you informed.

All images and descriptions are for guidance only.  Please note that the colour of images shown on this website may be affected by the technology used to access it.  Whilst Goldfish Crafts do our best to faithfully reproduce colours, some variation may occur.

Various products on this website have a legal age restriction.  If you purchase any bladed or solvent based products, or any other products that may be subject to age restrictions, then you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or over.

All images on this website may be subject to copyright.  No images or trademarks may be reproduced without prior consent of their respective owners.

Data Protection

Goldfish Crafts will NOT share your data with any other party.  All personal data is securely stored.  We may contact you in relation to your order or from time to time for other promotional reasons.  If you do not wish to receive information that does not relate to your order please send an email to enquiries@goldfishcrafts.co.uk entitled "Opt Out".  (This email must be sent from the email address that you provided when ordering).
